hi all

Having run for 20 mins on w5r3 did not want to go back to walk/run ,walk /run so as normal for me so far did my thing and did 20 min straight and all went well.

Yep! I remember being really annoyed with that but I was too scared to screw with the programme so I did it 'as is'. It sure motivated me to keep going on so I could once again get to the part where I did not have to do the in between walk - even though that is a longer continuous run :)

I think there is a real mental discipline required for week 6 alongside the physical challenge. From posts it seems many find it a difficult week. I sometimes wonder if its because of that additional challenge that its sneakyly in the programme.
