How did I manage 20 mins! Today's run W6R1 felt really difficult! Although I did have the dog, both kids on bikes, so I was a tad distracted. Oh well, still did it. Onwards and upwards to W6R2

I'll be going out with a pram and a little one on a scooter... fingers crossed for fine weather!

Good luck! It's not easy, but you just have to fit the runs in where you can!

Go you!!! :) Enjoy :)

I walked...( much easier) for six miles yesterday morning with small runner in training, ( granddaughter) in her buggy... it was my rest day :)

Your not alone, I found W6R1 much harder than W5R3, I have a feeling it's due to the walking breaks.

I did R2 on Wednesday and that was the last of the intervals, R3 tonight, 25 minutes straight through!

I never would of thought it possible a few weeks ago, but it is, this plan works and has got flabby me up and running.

Onwards and upwards

Well done, no more intervals, that sounds a bit scary!

Not scary, exciting, I love the feeling of achievement I get when I complete a week.

And I've come to trust completely in C25K, I know I'm ready because Jo says so.

The 1st week for me was the hardest, not that it's gotten any easier, it certainly hasn't, but it taught me that I can do it, I don't have to stop because my head says I've had enough and, above all else, I'm enjoying it.

I'm enjoying the runs, the feeling I get after a run, and the feeling I get when I see someone I've not seen in a while when they comment on my weight loss.

This is the new me and I'm never going back, it's all down to C25K some of the great people and inspirational posts on this forum.
