Completed day 1 of Week 9 yesterday with a cold. 😷 I feel like I have to keep running! I'm sure this has been discussed elsewhere...what are your favorite workouts on non run days?

Well done. Don't be afraid to take a few days extra rest. You won't lose anything in terms of fitness and the effects of a cold hand around even when the symptoms have disappeared.

Squats, planks and more squats are my main workouts.
