I have just done my first run of W9 it was tough but I managed it. I go on holiday Wednesday for 2 weeks and have been advised it’s not safe to run in Sorrento because of the traffic. I hope that when I return in 2 weeks I don’t have to go back too many weeks in the program. Wish I could have graduated before my holiday as so close !!

Well done. If it's not safe to run on holiday don't worry c25k will be waiting for you on your return. You should be able to pick up where you left off. Enjoy your holiday 😊😊

Thanks Buddy 34. I will definitely be getting straight back into it when I get home. I am enjoying it so much and still can’t believe I am doing this.

Bit hilly as well. I would take your kit anyway. You never know.

Most ports have a seafront you can run along. A couple of 10-15 minute runs would be more than enough to keep you on week 9 so you can finish it when you get back. Good hangover cure as well!

Yes, I agree with SlowLorris, take your kit with you anyway - just in case! Short runs along the beach front will be great, and a short run is better than no run (so I’m told!). But anyway if you can’t run those 2?weeks you won’t lose fitness you’ll be just fine. Have a fab holiday 🙂🌻

Thanks Gran4Z we plan to do some walking so that should help if we don’t run.
