Jo said you have done just over 20 minutes and I thought that’s good! Plod plod plod ... this 5 minutes is taking a while? Then I thought I bet it’s one of those where they leave it til the last 60 seconds and then say something so on I plod ... this is taking an awfully long time! I fumbled around in my belt and looked at my phone it had paused with 7 1/2 minutes to go! Luckily I had set my Strava and when I looked it said 39 minutes so after I calculated minus 5 minutes for the brisk warm up walk I calculated 34 minutes so I slowed down to a very welcome walk! 😊😊😃😃

I bet you did! Well Done Bridget007. I find that my music is stopping after Jo talking sometime after half way of W9. Ok in the gym to get it going again but hopeless resetting in the sun. I will soon just put music on and see how I get on without jo at my side. 🏃♀️🏃♀️☀️

I also noticed you fell off your bike last year .... so did I !! I was doing a charity bike ride fell off and broke my ankle and had to have it pinned and plated 🙄 and that does give me a bit of gyp. I hope the physio sort yours out 😃
