Blimey it was cold this morning, didn't realise how bad until I was on the warm up walk and spotted all the ice in the road and paths not good. At least it made me concentrate on where I was putting my feet. Only one or two mini slides, but luckily nothing that sent me flying.
Once I got into the run I started to warm up a bit, the sun was coming up so I was being blinded again. Note to self when in town tomorrow go get a baseball cap!
The actual run went fine, legs took a bit to get going just due to the cold I think. But once I was in a rhythm off I trundled. All done and dusted and ready for Wednesday. Dare I even think this will be my graduation run? it's all gone so much better than I could have expected I'm scared to think I can do it. Does that sound odd? maybe but it wont put me off

Fingers crossed. Might sound daft but I'm trying not to look forward to it, all the runs I've done where I have haven't been that great. Reverse psychology in place lol
Slow and steady.. really steady.. I once had an incident on the ice! never went out again when icy!!
Well done you... so close now.. the champers is on ice. McFitty has already decorated the podium.. so many Graduates this week.. we have been blowing balloons up all weekend !!!
You are ready for this..just keep it gentle and make your way to the line of cheering friends.. ( that is us )
It cannt make it's mind up at the moment if it wants to be warm or cold :\ It was about 1 degree here this morning which I didn't realise till I got back (there's a thermometer at the end of our road that I came passed). Good luck for the morning, watch out for any sneaky slippery bits x
