W3R3 done - freezing!

Still struggling with the cold rather than the programme.. just wanted to start running as was cold on the warm up walk even with extra layers on today (awaiting arrival of new hopefully warmer leggings!). Ran a bit extra on way home too as so cold.

Pavements were white but not slippery so went out just as it got light, I like running at sunrise.

Looking forward to starting W4 on Monday but can't wait for the temps to rise just a tad!

Very well done you.. it is challenging, but the rewards.. priceless!

Having a bit in you at the end, to finish in style.. great!

For me, like you, the morning runs are superb! :)

The cold, I prefer to the damp...thick fog again this morning after half a days' sunshine yesterday!

Onward and Upwards :)

Get some warm base layers. They really help

I use a long sleeve thermal compression base layer top, when the temp dips really low..😊

Well done you. Running in the cold is hard. Keep at it and soon it will be warmer - it's much nicer running in more mild weather. :)
