I can't believe it, I've come so far and I'm nearly there!
At the end of last week, I mentioned being worried about jinxing myself as I was paranoid that I would get ill and not be able to run just before graduation. It seems I did just that (sort of)! I have developed this throat/chest thing which is giving me a painful and run down breathing system and an oh so attractive cough, but thankfully I still seem able to run, but have been taking it slightly easier this week to make sure I get through unscathed.
So, the first 2 runs of the week are done - r1, slow and steady and r2, yesterday I felt a bit better so put my foot down for a PB of 4.7km in the 30 mins, but really felt exhausted afterwards. Feel a bit worse for wear today too!
So tomorrow is the big one, the G day! I can't wait! I have decided to do the full 5k as I am so tantalisingly close. It will take longer than 30 mins but so be it.
I really can't get over how great this programme is and how it really does work!

Sorry to hear you're poorly, Rollertoaster! But well done for getting your W9R1 and 2 nailed. Hope you feel tons better ready to enjoy your graduation run tomorrow!!!! We'll be cheering you on.
Sounds good, Rollertoaster - leave your bug at home and go for it! Or else award yourself an extra rest day and then REALLY go for it. Make sure the bottle's in the fridge for when you get back
I know - I had terrible stagefright before my 'last' run too - you end up running round wherever you run with butterflies in your tummy thinking 'this is really stupid, it's only a run...' but it's such an important one...
You get that bottle in the fridge and then run for your life
Good luck Rollertoaster! I hope you continue to have similar experiences to me through c25k as I've just done my W9R3 and LOVED it! I really hope you enjoy yours too. Looking forward to your Grad blog,
