Week 5 Run 1

Hello all

Well, what do I say.... I did it!!! Laura is right when during the podcast she states that you recover quicker. The first 5 mins my calves tightened up and by the 2nd run they had calmed down and on the last 5 mins, I was going well, so the last minute upped my pace. Not too bad after having two injections at the dentist this morning, only now has the numbness worn off!

Congratulations on being more than half way - beginning to get serious now but it's amazing how much progress is made in just a few short weeks.

Wishing the teeth a speedy recovery too!

Don't up the pace. Keep it slow.

Well done for making a start 😀
