Well that's the first one overšŸ˜ƒ

Did it slightly slower than my earlier runs and it appears to have paid off. This week Laura says they are three different runs so just done 3 x 5 mins and later on in the week it's 2 x 8 mins and then 20 mins running in the final run of the week šŸ˜±.

I ain't looking forward to run 3 this week .

Well done :) Can't say I'm overly looking forward to the next 2 runs!

Hi Butch , Yep, when I did the programme and saw the Run 3 I thought there must be some mistake ! It gave me a few sleepless nights to be honest !

It is tough, but perfectly do-able. You are ready. Break it down into small chunks in your head and listen to Laura . Its just a gentle jog, keep it slow and steady.

This is a turning point in the programme, a major milestone and when youve completed it, you will be so proud of what you have achieved .

Read some of the Week 5 pinned posts on the right in blue. They were an enormous help to me .

Good Luck ! :-) xxx

poppypug, thanks will read some week 5 pinned posts and the breaking it down to small chunks is a very good idea.
