Ardmhaca Isn't this forum just FANTASTIC!! Speaking personally I basically gave up C25K before Christmas then started again in January right back at W1R1 and have been supported every shuffling step by the people on this forum. There's still a long way to go for someone like me, it may take me quite a while. With the great support here we will both make it!!

Indeed, the support is just unbelievable.

I was afraid that my shuffling along didn't really count as doing the C25K, but from everyone here I now know and think differently.

Plus I have learnt that if it doesn't go to plan, then that's ok too.

Just repeat a week, it's not the end of the world.
