First time I’ve pratted about this morning!! It was too foggy and dangerous to run my route, it was too cold, I had a runny nose, my knee had the most microscopic twinge, blah blah blah! So I read the posts for a couple of hours, then did 30 mins of Pilates, and 5 mins of abs, and then it started to brighten up outside. Right, I’m going go get changed and go. While getting ready I was already writing my post in my mind using the excuses above as to why I had failed this run. I even weighed the hoodie that I wear and discovered it weighs 1.5 lbs! Shock horror! That could be the difference between success and failure. Don’t have anything else, so tough titty……! Anyhoo, Winston and I set off, Run 1 done – that was ok. Run 2 done, that was ok too. Run 3 done – I DID IT!!! It wasn’t too hard either. I have shed 11lbs so far (another 5 stone 6lb to go) and I think that must have a massive impact on my ability too. Can’t imagine what I’ll be capable of when I lose all of that…xx

Well done for getting out there and nailing it The weather is pretty rubbish just now :\ hopefully spring isn't too far away for us. Fantastic weight loss too. You must be feeling great x
..and you will be capable of even more when you stop the faffage
Very well done you for getting out there and doing it..
All my stuff, as with many of us, gets laid out the night before. everything, so no excuses... run planned, just get the gear on and I go..
The weight is shifting, you are doing well...nothing to stop you now.. only you... and you won't let that happen.. will you
I've so been there! Funny thing though - the faffing and anticipation is always so much worse than the running! Well done you
Brilliant! Reading the forum is always great to get you motivated to head out isn't it?! Amazing work on the weight loss too!
Oh well done! Resistance is futile int it! LOL Ah when you have got some weight off you will feel springier and springier. You'll be bounding about and thinking about the possibilities
As long as you continue to take care. Just go steady. Slow and steady, and don't be tempted to do too much. The weight will continue to come off most weeks if you are eating healthily and exercising regularly. How could it not? Some weeks are better than others, but you just have to keep plugging away and you'll get there
It's a journey, a seemingly nightmare one at times, but stick with it and you'll be so glad that you did.
Well done ANewMe2022 .
You did it...😊 those gremlins try filling your head with doubts but they are wrong. You are doing this.
More self-confidence please..😄
Go nail that R2..
Yay! Go you! Well done! So, you see, you can do it! Excellent run. Enjoy the next one. Congratulations on the weight loss. You're doing just great 👍🏻 👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻😀😀
