Who would have thought that I would get this far? I am so pleased Pesky Gremlins had to be kicked off 1st born's shoulder this morning as they were whispering in her ear how good the sofa felt and that box of chocolates she was given last night look soooo tempting. "Oi, get your kit on" I said - well 1st born's gremlin nearly choked on her Chai tea (she's a tad posh, no run of the mill tea for her) as running kit was donned and so off we went; it was a bit icy cold with hailstones on the ground, a keen wind in our faces but we did it. The five minute runs were a bit daunting & I did struggle a bit with the last 5 minute run but I slowed the pace & completed it. The feeling "whoo hoo" when Michael Johnson told me that I had completed the first day was just fantastic. Off now for a well deserved breakfast with OH & 1st born. Have a great day everyone. xx

Lovely photo of you two. I assume it was taken before the run as you both look very composed. I wouldn't want to post a photo of me after a run, bright red, sweat dripping down my face and generally puffing and panting! Well done for getting to week 4 - at this rate you'll catch me up before I graduate.
