Wk4 Day 2

Solo run yesterday due to conflicting shift times between me & 1st born. A busy weekend & a long shift yesterday were just what the gremlins ordered; Steve the gremlin was very active yesterday" you are too tired to run "he whispered in my ear. "Look at this comfy sofa, think about your fluffy pj's" and then PING went my phone. Text from 1st born to say she had just completed Day 2 Wk 4 & had done it without stopping. Well, that was enough for me, Steve was given a stern talking to & told to get his kit on because we were going out to do our session as soon as I got home. The session passed quickly, the 5 minute runs whilst they didn't exactly rush by, didn't feel as long as on Day 1. I even extended the end walk to achieve my daily step target. I felt totally energised & relaxed after the session & had the best sleep for a while. Absolutely loving the program.

You and your firstborn are a formidable team - no gremlins can withstand the pair of you! :D Well done - you're absolutely storming through! :)

How did you get on? I wasn't looking forward to running 5 minutes either but it was not as difficult as I thought. We can do this 😁

Well done, especially for beating that gremlin. I can see a naming ceremony on the horizon for mine too.
