- as daughter has returned to her own place for NYE - or Hogmanay as I always used to call it before being 'southernised'!

Ran for 5k this morning on the towpath - a different stretch of the canal from my usual so that was interesting.

If you are reading this AnneDroid, I am starting my weight loss plan, how about you? I have a few leftover mince pies etc to get through, 1 daily till they're finished, but my aim is to lose 6lb over the next 8 weeks. It will seem more real if we're doing it together and comparing notes. Are you in?
