Ran on my own tonight as llooneytunes had been to the gym today. decided to run a little faster than usual and see how long I could do and would stop when I felt like it. the run felt really good, destressing after a difficult day. I actually overtook a dog Walker πŸ˜€. ran to where I usually get to in 30 minutes but managed it in 28. πŸ˜€

Wow well done! Running for 30 minutes is a distant dream for me but you all inspire me to keep trying!

Well done! Did it feel very different going out on your own after running with someone? (I'm trying to think how it will feel the other way round as I have only ever run by myself!)

It did feel different, I am usually trying to keep up. freeing to go at my own pace but I was a little nervous about running on my own in the dark x

Running on my own in the dark doesn't seem to bother me (although walking used to!) - but I am using fairly well used streets. Do you think you ran slower or faster on your own?

Brilliant run :) I find running is good for destressing too. There's so much else to think about that you forget all the things you usually worry about don't you!

Yeah I'm so busy concentrating on not falling over that it takes my mind off everything else x x

Well done you. It's interesting experimenting with pace after graduation. Always good for a destress too. :)
