Got my medal for running the Glasgow 5K Santa Dash. My first ever running medal. So proud of myself. Couldn't run the length of myself 12 weeks ago!

Completed in a respectable 38 minutes. Starting the Bridge to 10K programme on Wednesday! :o)

Wowers! Well done! A medal! Blinged up senseless! Get Santa to buy you a lovely medal rack and display it proudly. Start a collection!

Bridge to 10k is great fun, as long as you go steady. Our very own Juicy-Ju is starting a group to help Bridge to 10kers. Go and check it out over on the 10k board on here. She has made a little film to explain it all.

I had a read at the post on the Bridge to 10K, sounds good! You do feel a little lost when you stop having the structure of the C25K programme!

Brilliant well done ! I'm really jealous. I haven't got any gongs yet for my running !

Anyway stop larking about Santa !

When are you going to do a few more K's and drop my presents off to me !!

I've been really good running 3 times a week since March !!

Well done - you look pretty pleased under that beard! I read that there were 7500 runners!

Yes, seven and a half thousand of us! Though most were walking, and I'm sure I could have got a faster time, but for having to dodge round the prams, dogs and walkers! Great fun though. I've been so serious about running since I started the programme, concentrating on what I'm doing and must not slow down or stop - this run has taught me to not take it so seriously!
