Virtual run medal

I've received the VR medal I did last week. These are motivational runs that can be done as and when you like, running or walking, 5k, 10k or a half marathon distance, for a good cause. This is what new runners can aspire to young or old..😊

I'm booking 2 for August, some of us on here are doing the 5K kidneyresearchuk.org one and I will also do the run sweat and beers one.. join us, back permitting..😊

That's a nice medal! I like virtual running for motivation. I think I need some more motivation at the moment, I have post event blues.

thats lovely i recieved one last wee as i signed up on impulse for a 5k one , its good for me cos i can compete without the anxiety of racing with other people and can do it on my treadmill but still have a goal to aim for , its a fab cause and im very proud of my first piece of " bling " x

Yeah! it's great! Nice to run with others occasionally though, like Parkrun, if others want to race I let them go, I'll only run as fast as I want to.. saying that, I have raced some to the finish line!😁
