Joe, wicking is material that draws sweat ( moisture ) away from the skin to help keep you dry, rather than cotton which just absorbs it . Hope that makes sense xxx

I had a long hard day at work yesterday and it was such a treat to come home to a package with mine in it last night! They're lovely. I'm looking forward to wearing the teeshirt.

I was a virtual runner as there were no Poppy Run events near me. But I ran past some war graves and took a photo with them, and very much dedicated my run to the cause. I really appreciated that they offered the chance to participate even if you'd to do it "virtually".

I am a 14 (on the top half - bottom half 12 if anyone cares) and I ordered the Medium. It's perfect on me. It's not tight; I fitted a long sleeve top under it tonight on its first airing, but it's not baggy on me either. If you like loose-ish, medium would probably be perfect. But you sound a wee bit smaller than me so if you like tight to show off your figure or whatever maybe you should go small. You've probably ordered already anyway!

I'm very impressed with the quality by the way. And white is a good colour for running in the dark.
