On the rest day after the second run of week 2 which I did after two days instead of one as my knee was giving me some discomfort. Now my ankle seems to be acting up to. The second run wasn't as tiring as the first. I didn't now 30 more seconds could push me that much.
Looking forward to run three tomorrow and seeing how it goes

You can expect to get some aches as your body gets used to running. Make sure you stretch and take extra rest days, as you've done, until the pain goes. If you continue to get them then make sure you're wearing proper running shoes.
