Finally did it . After 2 months I can now say I can. Run for 30 min.

I am very slow but it does not matter now .. what matters is I have did it.

It’s was 31 degree , humid and windy .. all in all worst weather to run .. but I was determined to run anyway .

The conditions hit me at 15 min .. last 15 min I was flagging.. then started the count down 15 .. 10 ... 5 ..(why Time is not moving ) .. then finally Laura said last 60 sec , you can definitely do it .. I completed .. tired and exhausted but happy .

I did something which was impossible for me 2 months back but I did it .

Thanks a lot for all of you keep posting your success and stories and helps provided at difficult times .

Thanks lannodatruffe ... your pinned posts acted like Northstar for me .. always guiding me .

I have already gone through what next post and I am planning to do NHS . Strength , endurance and stamina building program for next few weeks ..

I need some improvement in my timing (9:50min /km is very slow ) , before I start increasing my distance or time .

I will keep bothering you and team as and when I feel lost ..

thanks a lot once again 😊😊

Good to have you around, and I am sure you will pass on support and advice to others while you are here and so the big wheel keeps on turning.

Yeah I am very much here and will keep giving my input wherever I can .. I love HealthUnlocked and it’s communities.. it has changed my life completely.. from smoker to 30 min run non stop .. all because of couch to 5 k and quit support community here .
