Completed first run of week 4. damp, cold and miserable weather but determined and excited us. well we did it slow and steady. feeling great now, never would have believed I could run for 5 minutes x

Glad we went out early as it's chucking it down with rain now x good luck, not that we need it cos we have the stamina x x

Absolutely amazing what you can do in a relatively short time. Well done keep at it.

Def dress for the weather. I took ages to defrost last week ( evening run) My legs were aching all night. Bought myself some thermals.. sorted no more pain.

I've been lucky so far to miss any really bad weather x I haven't bought any special clothing so far just run in my old trackies or stretchy jeans and a hooded x
