I did the Race for Life on Sunday and was so happy I managed to do last run of week 3 and then run the last few hundred metres as well. And today was the first run of week 4. I'm really enjoying the whole experience. I always feel a bit daunted before the first run of the week, but by run 3 I feel confident and much more comfortable.

Great job on this plan so far... and great discipline on RfL... it’s so tempting to overrun, but you stuck to the planned run with the obligatory run at the end.

I dunno about you feeling daunted, week 4 should have run for cover! Good discipline makes much better runners, enjoy run 2.

Well done you and for Race for Life and for following the plan too.. so many folk go a bit haywire when in the company of other runners... Move on steady and slow you are doing wonderfully!

Well done! It’s great motivation having a charity run to do! I also did the Race for life and hope this will inspire you, I managed to run the whole 5k! Was at the start of week 7 and had been planning on just running then walking ( with a run at the end) but just kept on going! So.... just think what you can do in a few weeks! And big well done for getting to week 4!
