Doing second run of week two tonight. Looking forward to it but find it hard to believe I will ever run 5k and survive!

I'm not far ahead just completed week 4 this morning ..... I didn't believe I would do it but I am and you are and so many others here too ...

I've looked at some older posts from graduates here and a lot of them have felt the same as us ... Keep plugging away

Well done on surviving week 1! You will be able to run 5k in the future, just believe in yourself. Enjoy this evening's run, it's well worth it.

I started C25K in July, have repeated some weeks and had a couple of weeks off, but have just started week 7. When I started this I found week 1 hard, but slowly I've gotten through the weeks. Some have been easier than others and some days I've been exhausted, but keep doing it! Last week I did my first 25 minute non stop run, before I did it, I was thinking I wouldn't be able to do it, even when running I couldn't believe I was doing it. I am not fast, I won't be able to run 5k in 30 mins when I've finished, but this is just the start. As long as you're enjoying it, keep going! In fact those days you're not enjoying it, still keep going!

Well done and hope you enjoy your run today!

Well done on doing 25 min run that fantastic.

Thanks everyone for your positive comments. They are all so supportive and motivating me to do this. I am determined to get there. And good luck to everyone with their runs.
