1st run of week 2.

Well I've been wondering if my second step (the first one was getting outside!) was going to leave me with burning shins and out of breath, as the first run of week one did, but no, I actually sailed through it and because my timing was out did an extra minute running and walking. Feeling really, really good!

Yay!!! I've surprised myself a few times like that - I think a run will be really hard, and its fine (or sometimes its the other way round but I try not to focus on them!)

Well done you :)
