I did it. I didn’t fall for my excuses this time. I went out and did my 1st run. I’m beyond pleased, and it feels really gooooood. Can’t wait to go again.

Well done. Take your rest day or two. I was quite sore (thighs) after run 1 but it eased over the week.
Well done. The first week is in many ways the hardest, and the first run the hardest of all.
