I really didn't want to leave my house but I did. I'm glad I did. I ended up running first in a slightly muddy area which definitely helped slow me down. Highly recommmend to run in a slightly muddy area for pace. Joking - I actually had to make sure I didn't slip. But sooner after I got out of that and started to enjoy my run. I ended it at 3 mins and I didn't want to try push my self further. That was enough for me. Also does anyone else get dogs running up to you when you're running? I just noticed it and it's like I gotta run sorry dog!
Also I feel as though my body is slowly becoming stronger after each run not sure of the feeling but I feel good after each run

Sounds as though it's going well! You do get stronger slowly and that's really encouraging. For me it's not a straight line. I'll have a week out two of not making any progress in an obvious way and then I'll go out and realise I've made progress!
well done Fitness2025 …yes, what is it about dogs jumping up?? I have t got time for that!!! Love the feeling of not wanting to go out being beaten by the glad I went feeling!! 💪
glad you had fun - enjoying any kind of exercise is probably key to keeping you going. I love dogs but they are the bane of my life when I’m running. I spend a lot of time making sure I don’t fall over a dog or a long lead but the park and cliff are for everyone so it’s just a thing to look out for. Enjoy the journey
