Did the full 25 mins today. Was really shocked but well pleased as the first two runs I found harder than the WK 5 20 mins. The first few minutes were hard until I settled in to a rhythm. Then I just kept on going! Started moaning at Laura that she wasn't speaking to me and then she announced 12 mins! 20mins and then 60 secs. It was such an achievement for me. Then Laura announced to this overweight mumma you are officially a runner. That felt amazing. My legs felt like iron. So stiff I could hardly walk. But it was so worth it. Bring on week 7.
