My last post posed a question to those further on than me regarding what I should do after a break of eight days for various 'life got in the way/short break holiday' reasons,
I had completed week 4 but it took me 6 runs to get 3 complete runs (if that makes sense); some practice runs and some very hot weather meant some of the 5 minute runs took me ages to be able to do.
So today I managed W5 R1 fairly easily today! Really chuffed. After struggling and struggling with a 5 minute burst a few weeks ago I can now do it three times!
I'm back on the horse......
