Well changed my route and thought I'd sorted it well the first couple of 5 minutes went brilliant loved it singing along smiling and saying good morning to a few cyclist that went past and then the last 5 minute run was due just as I was part way up a very steep hill I did around 60 seconds but no way could I do 5 minutes so I power walked to the top and when it was the 5 minute cool down walk I ran 5 minutes plus an extra minute because I was a bit annoyed with myself . So I've decided yes I can do the 3 5minute runs just not on a steep hill so I'm going to mark it as complete and move on to w2 π

You certainly completed... well done. Slight route change in order for the next time by the looks of it, or do it the other way round?
Thankyou . I think I'll take a detour through the local park before going on the new road I took it was a lovely run on there hopefully time it better for the cool down walk up the bloomin hill π€£
One day youβll be able to run up it for sure... I currently consider slopes like I consider speed, neither are needed for this!
