W5 R1 done and dustedπŸ˜€

I've been looking forward to this oneπŸ€“ I honestly felt quite confident ( that's an unfamiliar feeling for the first run of the week πŸ˜‚ ) My mindset going out was pretty much what I've just read Mc fitty say to someoneπŸ˜€ ..... I've done 5 minute runs, it's only 15 minutes running, 1 minute less than last week so get out there and do itπŸ‘

I really enjoyed it, not saying it was easy but it's not supposed to be, is it? πŸ˜‚

I felt fab when I'd finished and for a couple of hours afterπŸ˜€πŸ˜€

I know the next couple of runs will be a challenge but thanks to this site w5 doesn't scare me anymore, big congrats and thanks to those of you that have recently completed itπŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ˜€

  • Thanks, I'm looking forward to it too, how crazy is that???πŸ˜† I know I've done R1 but I think w5 really kicks in at runs 2+3πŸ™ƒ We shall see what it brings, but w5 is not the mountain I once thought it wasπŸ˜€ It is true what people say, trust the programme, ignore your head (gremlins) , and , hear we go ...... Slow and steady.......
