..........exhilarating about running in the rain. Which I did this evening.

Last week my routine was all over the place and I only ran once on Tuesday. Regular readers will know that I am usually an early morning runner. However this morning I was feeling a little below par so I didn't run. When I came home from work I went out for a run. I started steadily and soon decided that I was going for distance. The result was that I ran for a smidge under 8K. My farthest so far. Pleased with that.

Happy runnings.

I went out and got dripped on last night but strangely there was no cloud above me to explain where it was coming from.

Amazing how when things go against you, something good comes from it. Well done on the distance - I'm dreaming of running that far!
