Almost There!!!

I ran week 9 run 2 tonight and I have to say It was a hard slog! I think some of the contributing factors for this were, I worked a night shift, then I only slept for four hours and it's been so hot for the rest of the day. I finished the run and managed 4.5km in 30 minutes, a PB so why do I feel that I didn't do very well? Maybe it's because I struggled with feeling tired and too hot. Hopefully my graduation run will be a lot better.
