I haven't run for a week. We drove back from sunshine in France via Kent, home to Scotland. Eating out with friends and eating in....the car! Feeling full and unmotivated when I went out for my W9R3 this morning. I decided that I'd just do what I could how I could so I ran slower than usual and completed my C25K. Although I didn't run the 5k. Just 4.43 but I'm happy with that. I'll lead up to that, when I'm feeling fitter, in my consolidation runs. Onwards and upwards! My journey continues ☺

Oh, and I think there is a tee shirt, someone had one on a few days ago after they had graduated. Not sure it’s through here, but probably google will turn out something 😜

Yes, you're right it is cooler. I find it harder to motivate myself when the sun's not shining. 🙄

Thank you! I'm hoping the consolidation runs will make me stronger but I'm just going to run for half an hour and see how it goes.

Thanks Mig! This my second graduation and this one, I think has been harder. I'm going to take a few weeks doing consolidation runs with the aim of building up to a park run and see what happens from there. 😊
