Well I managed this today although still having after effects of the nasty cold virus I've just had. It didn't go too badly (had to stop once to take my fleece off!) So I'm back on track and ready for the next run on Tuesday.

Thanks for that. I'm determined that I will graduate. 57 years old and always believed that I couldn't run. Mind you, it isn't pretty to watch, I'm sure
