I completed this, this evening. Last 60 seconds, done up hill ....... thanks to my husband taking me on a detour. Felt sick! Run 2 is 8 mins 😬😬😬 doing it on Monday. If 5 mins is hard, how am I meant to 8?????? I genuinely don’t think I will.

You’re ready for 8... that hill will have helped you too... avoid the hill, go slow, trust the programme and believe in yourself. Can you? Hell yes you can! Go get it.

That wasn’t a hill that was a speed bump 😂. You will smash 8 minutes, it’s just 2 songs, I will ask what we’re having for tea tonight lots during that 8 minutes to try and take your mind off the time x

You will! I thought the same and have just done W5R2 this evening. Embrace your 🐌 and avoid the hills! :)

You did 3 x 5 minute runs, 15 minutes today! Give yourself the proper credit for that. Which means the next run is only 1 more minute. You can totally do it!

Oh and well done on the hill - I still feel sick up hills!!
