That went well, again, no willing for Laura to hurry up to tell me to stop, I think run 2 will be the test, 2 x 8min runs before a 20min run on Friday, almost looking forward to it lol 😂. Good luck everyone and thank you all for the encouragement!!

Mentally, I quite like the longer runs as you feel you can just 'get it done' instead of the start stopping ... I suppose by this point we're all a bit impatient to get on with it whereas in the first couple of weeks we're begging for Laura to tell us it's time to walk :D

You’re doing really well JonnyBeGood, and as you go through each run I hope your confidence in the programme and yourself is increasing.

This week you are in now is a great week. What you have already achieved prepares your body perfectly for what’s next.

Thank you Martin, I know I’m still in the early stages but really enjoying the runs, I know how I’ve improved over the weeks, I could never have run for 5 minutes 4 weeks ago! Thanks for the encouragement and the tips!
