I set my alarm for 6am to get up bright and early ready for the run. Disaster. My bunnies (who live outside but their "hutch" is attached to the house) were making a right racket from about 4am onwards... managed to fall back to sleep eventually and then the alarm went off - aargh! I just dinged it off and went back to sleep until 6.45am. I work from home and supposed to start at 8am on Tuesdays.. Told myself there is no way I can go running this morning - felt dreadful. Brian was on his way to work and he told me I will feel fine once out there - go for it! Had a wash, cleaned teeth, got my gear on and I was ready to go. I am SO glad I did. It was one of the nicest runs I had. I took it very steady to begin with as my last two runs I had horrendous stitch. So it went at a much slower pace, no stitch - all felt good. I even did the last five minutes on the big hill back home.. not a problem. I concentrated on breathing, slowed down and hope I've cracked it. Next run is on Thursday then my final run is going to be park run - may as well go for it eh?
Today's stats moving time 40.02 (including the 5 min walks obviously), 3.3 miles covered, 11:55/mi.

Isn't that 'always the way' and not just with running. The less you feel like doing something, the better it turns out to be when you do! Final run Park run? Absolutely. If you've got it, flaunt it Did Brian say 'told you so' ?
They're not really only when something is bothering them and then they stomp their back feet as a warning. So I had to get up, see what the fuss was about.. they were just winding me up I think. But just have to be sure no foxes lurking about
