Week 9 Run 1

Bit late starting week 9, I went out with a running club on Tuesday evening and we did intervals so couldn't really count that as my 30 minute continuous run! I really enjoyed it though! If you had told me 8 weeks ago I would be out running with a group I would have laughed! I started couchto5k on the treadmill and the thought of running outside scared me back then, I braved running outside on week 6 and I haven't looked back since!

Today's run was hard as always but I did it! Felt great afterwards!

Just 2 runs left 😱

Amazing story! Well done! Almost at the finish line! Although it’s not really a finish line. More of a β€˜what am I going to do now?’ Line πŸ˜‚

Well done, and well done for joining a running group. Good luck with the last two runs.
