Well done you - If you have done W2 then you can do W3 - the programme is foolproof - keep listening to Laura and she will get you all the way to Week 9 (that sounds a bit over confidant from me as I am only on W7, but I believe in this now ) Good luck Sunday - be thinking of you 😀

It does seem a long way off when you are starting - my first two weeks were a nightmare - I was sure I was dying but all I have done is follow the programme, listen and be encouraged by the wonderful people on this forum and before you know it the weeks are flying past and you are actually running.......
I have learned that we are all on a journey on this and we do it at our own pace and some days are good and some aren't so good but you can do this
