Week 2 Done!

Another sunny evening to finish week 2 off. Downside, I have two chip shops en-route which I do refrain from, but the smell is so tempting! Anyway best times to date:-

End of week 1 - 3.5km in 30 mins, 13.02/mile avg pace according to Garmin!!!

End of week 2 - 3.8km in 29 mins, 12.02/mile avg pace!

So, things are looking optimistic, roll on Friday for week 3!

Now one thing I can't but perhaps should resist is a glass of wine!

Middle of the week and all that, o bugger it, Cheers!!!!

Cheers 🍷

Things are promising because you finished another week... pace is irrelevant, don’t push too hard. Enjoy week 3 though
