Slow? Really? Looks pretty quick to me for someone running 5k for the first time, a couple of months into their running journey.

Very few people do 5k on the plan, fewer still without extending the run. Looking at your above replies, you’re 10 years older than me, and I aim for that pace on 5k runs at the moment... at the stage I’m at in my running plan, if I hit your time at parkrun this week I’ll be grinning all the way home.

I am not familiar with all the pace stats (maybe that's to come) but that sounds brilliant to be able to keep going a bit further and 5k in 30 mins that's my goal for Parkrun. I don't mind if it takes me a while to get there. I did 38 mins last week.
