Yeyyy! I did it... Graduated
OMG! Not only did I graduate!.. I pushed on and completed 5K!... slow but I did it.... so chuffed with myself...
Well done! I would say your pace doesn’t look slow but remember it’s not about speed but time spent running!
I’m loving it!....For a 56 yr old that hasn’t run for many many yrs lol not bad eh! 😁
No not bad at all! Fantastic I’d say
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner

Keep running, keep smiling.
Brilliant! Well done you!
Slow? Really? Looks pretty quick to me for someone running 5k for the first time, a couple of months into their running journey.
Congratulations on both graduation and that 5K. Celebrate well, enjoy consolidation and all your future running adventures.
Thankyou 😘 Well to be fair I thought it was slow because I didn’t do it in 30 mins😳. But proud of myself nonetheless ☺️
Very few people do 5k on the plan, fewer still without extending the run. Looking at your above replies, you’re 10 years older than me, and I aim for that pace on 5k runs at the moment... at the stage I’m at in my running plan, if I hit your time at parkrun this week I’ll be grinning all the way home.
Wow 😮 thankyou!... I’ve just signed up for park run yesterday, I’m gonna give it a try tomorrow.. thanks so much for the encouragement.
Many congratulations and simply amazing to have run a 5k on graduation! Brilliant just brilliant 💪👏🏅🏆🎉🚀🥂
Aww thankyou so much Discorunner 😘
I am not familiar with all the pace stats (maybe that's to come) but that sounds brilliant to be able to keep going a bit further and 5k in 30 mins that's my goal for Parkrun. I don't mind if it takes me a while to get there. I did 38 mins last week.
That’s a fantastic time we can smash this 🙌🏻💪🏻👏🏻
Yes we can 👍
I did it! I completed my graduation run this morning with Jo Whiley cheering me on! I am so pleased with...
run for 30 mins without stopping! So pleased with myself 😆 woo hoo! Best start to the day, and the sun...
everybody, I am so unbeliveably happy. I did the W9 R3! OMG!!! I don't believe it is true. Just 9 weeks...
