Any ideas for post c25k? I'm just running for longer/further but beginning to feel my motivation slip despite managing 35mins this morning.
After w9r3: Any ideas for post c25k? I'm just... - Couch to 5K
After w9r3
Have you tried the C25k + podcasts ? Theres three of 'em. Speed, Stamina and Stepping Stones, definitely worth a try ! xxx

Am a bit the same and not quite sure why the Graduate podcast route isn't quite grabbing me. Think I will try them once I get to a regular 5k.
I am doing the stepping stones podcast and hope to extend my runs gradually to get to 10 k in time. Probably a long time lol. How about intervals of fast and slower. It has that wonderful name - fartlek! Also Parkrun on Saturdays or a local running club?
Saturday morning park runs - improve on your previous times?
I was the same and feeling a bit lost and need some structure to follow really. So I recently downloaded Zenlabs 0to10k app which as a graduate here I started on wk9. Seems good and gives me a program to follow.
I am just enjoying the 30+ minutes runs 3 times a week. Trying different routes to include hills and parts I have not been to before. Still a novice graduate and so really finding my feet, pace and stamina.
Next month I am going to move onto the 5K+ doing a different one each week whilst doing 2 'normal' runs on the other days.
Mix it up a bit. My first run after graduation was intervals - because I fancied it. I still try to do one interval run a week, they're shorter than my normal 30 minutes, but definitely more than enough! And then I also try to do one longer run a week, just to see how far I can go. Sometimes with, sometimes without music. Sometimes I try to do a 5k as fast as I can, other times I try to take it as slow as possible. The thing is not to get bored - but there is so much to learn and do out there, I find I just have to look around (and pinch ideas from other people's posts!).
I think it is a very common problem to feel a little lost without Laura. Or without the structure and well-defined progress of the programme. My strategy was to join a running club. Fabulous. It provides me with weekly inputs to developing my running and pushes me out of my comfort zone. And it is great fun to become part of this runner's subculture I have grown to love🏃 keep at it!
You could redo the programme but run very slowly in the walk bits and run faster in the run bits. I think a few people have done this.
Thanks for all the replies and suggestions. I think I might give the c25k+ podcasts a try...
