A wee 10k for a BIG medal

Had to share this. Did a 10k yesterday with some of the worst hills I have ever seen but the medal was worth it! Biggest medal I have ever seen! Had to put the ruler in the picture so you could see the size of the thing! Still no official time for the run, but who cares!

I would but it is also ridiculously heavy - even Del Boy wouldn't have worn it! You would have a bad back in days!
