This is for Aussie, who didn't get a medal yesterday, but deserves one in my book for being a good sport, and going to the race he couldn't take part in, and cheering the runners on! Well done Aussie! XX

I will be down at Old Deer Park in Richmond on Sunday too - come on team C25K.. if you're in the 10K or the HM from Kew Gardens there is beer awaiting you at the finish line... I'll be sampling the food on offer of course (and the beer)... hey, I can't run... I can cheer, and I can do beer...
