the weather here in Kent has cooled off and I went out for a Sunday morning run and in doing so noticed the difference that reasonable humidity and temperature can make. I ran 5.71 Km in 35 mins. Now hat wont win me an Olympic medal but it has made up for all the hard difficult runs in the heat and humidity over last few weeks.
I have also been doing cycling stamina exercise and weight ( deadlifts) in the gym which seems to help with posture and running position as well as lung capacity
