First 5k Woo Hoo ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi, I graduated on Thursday, 4.23km...it was in the awful heat and humidity...

Today, first consolidation run I did my first 5k in

⭐️⭐️37.08minutes⭐️ Pace 7.23⭐️⭐️

That really has made all the difference and put a great big smile on my face😊

So sorry I really am so excited, I just can’t hide it!!!

You don't need to apologise for being excited for running your first 5K, sub 40 minutes, very good, congratulations, next time you run a 5K might be around the 35 minute time 🏃🏾👍

Well done chrissie589 👏🏻👏🏻 first 5k in the bag, great time too. Next goal sub 30 5k perhaps 🤔 When I did my first 5k my time was same as yours and I gradually reduced it over the following weeks until I got there in 29:55, if I can do it anyone can and it’s a good challenge following graduation. I bet you’ll be smiling for the rest of the day 👍
