Coach trip...

Well you won't believe it. A young friend (young enough to be entitled to call me mummy) asked me to go running with her as she was stuck on week 3 and lacked motivation. I'll repeat that. She. Asked. ME?! Me who is still on week 7. Me who up until a few months ago struggled to run a bath/business /**** up in a brewery etc... So, today, I actually went running in some kind of coaching capacity. It was lovely. Strange thing was, all the stopping and starting was quite disruptive and tiring. Also was a real insight into how far I've come in a relatively short space of time. Anyway, we both came back alive and I'm certainly kicking ☺

How lovely! How good does it feel to be able to help someone with their RUNNING! It certainly does show how far you've come (and not too much further now 'til week 9). Well done :)

It's a great feeling. Funny thing is, on Sunday I'm enlisting the help of MM to get me past the next mental/physical hurdle so it's like a Russian doll effect ☺ xx

Amazing, well done you! The great thing about this programme is how the inspiration just continues to go round in a circle, with people who were once the inspired doing the inspiring. It's simply brilliant, isn't it?!

How wonderful! And how satisfying to be able to inspire others and give something back to the programme.

Well done, you! 🎉🏃🏻
