Great for posting . It's a wonderful story and even if just one person reads it and it's gets them out running well thats thanks to your step daughter. The more people that talk about mental health the better. 😊😊

Thanks for sharing this. I think everybody knows that running makes you physically fit, despite some people still thinking it’s bad for the joints, but what most people don’t know is how good it is for our mental wellbeing. Tell that lass to keep spreading the word and inspiring countless people.

It really has been a transformation for her. She's now a confident woman who does marathons, Great North Runs and much more. Very proud of her.

Thanks for posting. I get it. And it's true. And its probably at the root as to the reason many of us do this. Good for her. Calves are aching by the way. 😏
