Thanks !

Thanks to everyone who's messaged me. I'm still a-buzzing with the I've-done-it-the-c25k-thing even though I've got a hangover...

I mean to carry on with the Great Sage Laura's advice to run 30 minutes 3 times a week. For the time being, at least.

But I've also enrolled my partner into the c25k thing. She's promised to start on Monday, with me as a running partner. How's that for progress?

  • Wow.. go you!

Now, as a Graduate.. you can run your hangover off! :)

  • I might need to try that tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‡

  • Celebrations?๐Ÿ˜

  • Go you. Well done ๐Ÿ˜Š

  • I'm impressed. Well done.

  • Great achievement, well done! Running for 30 minutes is a great way to keep up your fitness levels. I found my lace improved naturally without trying and on a day when I felt good, kept running after 30 minutes - did my 5k in 43 minutes. After that, I did 3 X 5k instead. Where will you be running? I am finding the shady woods are great at this time of year!!

  • Well done- now a running couch too. Coach to couchโ˜บ
