Thanks to everyone who's messaged me. I'm still a-buzzing with the I've-done-it-the-c25k-thing even though I've got a hangover...
I mean to carry on with the Great Sage Laura's advice to run 30 minutes 3 times a week. For the time being, at least.
But I've also enrolled my partner into the c25k thing. She's promised to start on Monday, with me as a running partner. How's that for progress?
